I purchased a lovely car at a great price from Zoom Automotive recently, The whole process was easy and straightforward and it was an absolute pleasure to deal Dan and team. To save money, and give me time in the car, I travelled over 200 miles by train to collect the vehicle tester. Dan not only opened up for me to do this, he also collected me from the station! We sold our car through Motorway to Zoom Automotive. We have been blown away by how easy, friendly and helpful everyone has been during this process. Sharon kept in constant communication with us about when would be best to come and collect the car, even letting me know when the inspection team were on their way to us. Once the inspection team arrived they quickly assessed the car, gave a test drive and then explained their findings and the reasonings for deducting (very small) amounts from the offered price. Once we agreed everything, we waited until Sharon transferred us the money and then said our goodbyes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our car and are very happy to see it going to an excellent dealership who will look after it.

I really want to focus though, on how lovely and welcoming Dan and Sharon were. Myself and my partner couldn’t get any child care so we’re forced to bring our 18 month old daughter, they couldn’t of been any more accommodating, the offices had a toy box that kept her entertained and Sharon even out on the Teletubbies for her.
