The moment I opened the door to their office I was greeted by Dan and Sharon and made at home straight away. Dan asked what vehicle we were looking for I told him I was looking for a BMW and he explained that the vehicle was not on his premises at this moment but he could have the vehicle there tomorrow. It was my own fault I should have rang before and made arrangements to view the vehicle we arranged a time to view the vehicle the next day we turned up as arranged and the vehicle was immaculately presented We went for a test drive and returned to the office to discuss part exchange prices and agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was a pleasure to buy a vehicle from them it was so relaxing no pressure. Sharon made us a coffee while Dan was sorting all the paperwork out and even sorted out my cherished number plate transfer as well. I have never bought a car in the past where the salesman is so easy to get on with and very knowledgeable and not pushy, Dan you are a gentleman and I can highly recommend your company and I wish you all the success that you deserve in the future.
