What a gem of a dealership Parkside Motors are. Gokham was a true gentlemen and he could not do enough to help me during the purchase of my Mercedes E Class.

The staff at Parkside Motors were all so friendly and helpful. We were both very impressed with the customer service from Gokhan and Lucy; they are both lovely people, and it was a pleasure doing business with them. We highly recommend Parkside Motors to anyone searching to buy a new car, and we have no reservations about coming back here again when we are looking for an upgrade. 

The person that I bought the VW Polo for is really happy with it. The customer service at this dealership was second to none. There is no reason for me not to give them top marks because I have nothing whatsoever to complain about.

As a novice driver who has only recently passed her driving test, the prospect of purchasing my first car was both exciting and daunting. However, my experience with Parkside Motors Ltd turned out to be a very wise choice. From the minute I walked through the doors of the dealership, Gokhan made me feel welcome and let me take a good look at the car without watching over me. He was available to answer any questions I had, and we went out in the car for a test drive. The car I ended up with was a Nissan Note. Friendly service from Gokhan at Parkside, from the first call through to driving away. It was a real pleasure to deal with him; there were no high-pressure sales; the car was accurately described and extremely well presented; and I'm happy with the price I paid. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

A five-star experience. Gokhan and the rest of the sales team at this dealership were truly amazing. I'm like a little kid on Christmas day with my new Jaguar. I sometimes take longer journeys on the way home from work on purpose because I really enjoy the time I get to spend driving this awesome car. 

So far, everything is going well with my VW Tiguan. From start to finish, the service from Lucy was phenomenal. She was very professional and did everything that she promised to do for me. I have no complaints at all about the service from Parkside or with my VW Tiguan; it is a lovely little car. I only scored these 4 out of 5 because no one is perfect, but this company certainly came close.

Gokhan the sales guy was a genuinely sound individual. We instantly connected over our shared interest in motorbikes, leading to an engaging and enjoyable conversation. Our passion for motorbikes made it feel more like a friendly chat rather than a business transaction. During the handover Lucy was equally delightful. She went through the history of the car, ensuring I was fully informed about my new purchase. Her warm personality added to the overall positive experience. As for my Abarth, honestly I could not be happier. It's been a joy to drive so far. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy their next car and I would definitely shop with them again in the future.

I've certainly put my ford Mondeo to the test since collecting it - I think I've put about 3000 miles on the clock so far and it's done me proud!
