Buying a new car can be incredibly stressful, the staff at Concept went the extra mile to making me feel comfortable, ensure the process was quick but no pressured and they did it flawlessly. The car itself is super cool, I wanted a family car which was going to be responsive, I am a big advocate of having the power to accelerate out of trouble should you need to, the Audi A3 is perfect and ticks every box!

I came to Concept with an open mind after a sporty 5dr, that looks smart and has a nice modern interior. I was shown a Nissan Pulsar which ticked all the boxes and I am made up with it. Since owning the car, I have had an issue with the radio cutting out intermittently and the brakes seem to be gripping a little at the back. aside from the issues above, I am very happy with the car and the staff have been amazing too! Very helpful and informative.

I've never had premium brands and I have never had a 5 door car. With the family growing and being in a better position financially, I wanted to treat myself to something nice. Concept Car Credit had a really smart A-Class which was in excellent condition and I fell in love with it from the get go. I've probably had the car a month and the brake pads do seem to be wearing but I'm going to speak to them and see if this is covered under warranty etc. Very happy with everything!

I expected to lose the personal element of the purchase with doing everything online however, Concept Car Credit did exceptionally well at trying to make me feel like a valued customer! Gone and got myself another Ford Fiesta. I passed my driving test in one and absolutely love them.. maybe it's sentimental or maybe it's just how nice they are.. who knows? I love the hill start assist feature they have, makes hill starts a breeze and takes the pressure away when you are in traffic. I loved how genuine everyone seemed, no one could do enough for me! I was able to test drive to my hearts content, it didn't feel like just a transaction, it felt personal and like I was attended to. Happy to recommend!

I've been hunting for a family car for the longest time and was ideally looking for a Nissan X Trail, I have been to a few different dealerships and no one has anything even remotely suitable. I spoke with the lovely staff at Concept Car Credit and they showed me a Nissan Qashqai they had in stock, it wasn't anywhere near as big as the X Trail however, it seemed plenty big enough for our family, I am really happy with the team at Concept and really happy with my new car.

My partner I saw a Ford Mondeo on Concept's website, we test drove a few vehicles we had seen on site which hadn't been on the website, inevitably, we ended up test the Mondeo anyway and when we got back, my partner and I didn't say a word, just looked at each other and smiled, It's faster, comfier and in every way better than the others we tried, we are both very happy with the car.

I have been after a new car for a while but struggled to find something which ticks all the boxes and falls within my budget. I travelled to Concept Car Credit on a whim and I am so glad I did, they had a sweet ford Focus which was low millage and within my budget, can't moan at the process because it was really quick and easy, as for the car, I love it!
