Super quick process, I cannot complain, from start to finish it was very simple and easy no hassle at all. Everything is going smoothly with the vehicle it was all prepared for me before I left with it. I would consider going back in the future if I was ever looking for another car.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful and nobody pushed up to buy anything, meaning we had time to look at different options and in the end went with the ford kuga rather than the sportage. Staff also offered to valet again until we are happy, but as it happens the car is fine now. But we appreciate the service and would definitely recommend and return to buy again. This is the second time we have purchased a car from here.

Anyone can sell a car, but not everyone can provide good customer service. I bought a car, which is not the reason for this review, the reason is I had an issue. It was only a battery problem but I did not know that at the time and the guys went the extra mile. Fixed the problem without any fuss, great service and definitely recommend highly. Thanks.

Pleased with my new A3 — it is a nice drive, and I have been enjoying it so far. I went to the dealership and was left to look around and take the car for a test drive on my own, which was nice. It built trust between me and Rob, who was helping me with the sale. Within the hour, I was driving it home. It was a straightforward and simple process. I was really pleased with the whole experience.

I first spotted the car I liked on AutoTrader and then visited the Auto Cars website directly. The car stood out to me — it was well-priced with good mileage, so I got in touch via email. I was purchasing through my employer’s car loan assistant scheme (a local council programme), so I had to check if this would be possible. I spoke to Gary, who was really helpful and informative. He confirmed that I could go ahead with the scheme, and once I had sign-off from my employer, he arranged for the car to be taken to the Beverley Depot for a full check. Gary kept me updated throughout the process. When the report from the depot came back with a few issues, Gary reassured me it wasn’t a problem — Auto Cars were happy to complete all necessary work before I bought the vehicle. True to his word, Gary got everything sorted and let me know when the work was complete and the car was ready. When I collected the car, all the paperwork was sorted and the process was quick and smooth. Gary even gave me a bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely touch! A couple of weeks later, a light came up on the dashboard (ESC traction). I emailed Gary straight away, and he responded immediately. He told me that even if it wasn’t covered by the warranty, their garage would take care of it free of charge — no stress at all. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience at Auto Cars. They come across as a friendly, helpful local company that genuinely care about their customers. I’d definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
