So far, everything has been fine with the vehicle. I was a little disappointed with the service, as I was waiting for a long time before I received the car. I felt that the dealership could have been more organised to provide a better customer experience. However, there have been no issues with the vehicle.

So far my new car from Cartime seems fine and is driving okay. The service was also fine during the sale, apart from a long wait on the day.

It was a great experience, no problems. We walked in and picked a car - it was a really quick process. We asked for new tyres and a few other bits and they sorted it all out before handover which we appreciated.

I'm really happy with the way it went. I do need to speak to them regarding repairs on the car though so I'm phoning them tomorrow.. The staff were brilliant, I couldn't ask for better to be honest. 5 stars.

Mohammad was brilliant - I had to travel 300 miles and the car was nice and clean when I got there too. I'm not having any issues with the car at all, it's perfect.

The process went pretty smoothly, but I'm still waiting on one of the parts to be delivered because there is an issue with the car. The sales staff were good, although I did feel a bit of pressure to buy.

Nothing to moan about, everything went pretty smoothly. I have already put 1000 miles on the Audi I got and had no issues. I am very pleased with the car. I went to the dealership to pick up the car in person, it was valetted and prepared for me. There was a delay in getting my logbook and signing some documents however everything was sorted in the end so I am pleased all round.
