I honestly cannot thank Gaz enough, he has honestly saved me! My car prior this one set on fire, it was in and out of the garage at least 5 times, I was then unfortunately getting turned down left, right and centre from other car companies. I was feeling so deflated and had given up the car buying process.
This is when I came across Concept, Gaz was so understanding, he talked me through all my options and then when I went to the dealership in person he was super patient throughout. Since having the car any questions I have had I have been able to still reach out and get a helpful response.
In regards to my vehicle I feel such a sense of relief having a working vehicle with no problems. Thank you so much to Gaz and the rest of the team who helped.

I have brought cars from concept before and with each car I get the car is reliable and good value for money. The aftercare is great, any problems with the car is dealt with by a fantastic garage they send you too called Zenon Car Service.

Mechanically the car is fine, it drives without any problems, I have noticed a number of scratches which I wasn't to pleased about. The actually buying process went smoothly it was quick, they talked me through the process and my options, I just felt if I was to give a full 5 stars then the scratches would have had to have been removed.
