I don't live too far from LMC, so I was already aware of the dealership when I went to buy the BMW i3, and since the purchase in October, the car has been alright, and I don't see any problem in recommending it to others.

The buying for the Audi Q3 was all done over the phone, and then the car was delivered, and it was all as described,10 out of 10 across the board.

On the day of the purchase, we noticed 2 things, one was there were some oil stains, and the other was the arch was not on properly. They immediately took the car back in and got those issues sorted, so overall I was happy, and based on this, I would use LMC again in the future if I were to buy another car.

The whole process was smooth and fast, the only thing that could have been improved was the service, as not long after, I had to take the car for a service, so it would be a 4 stars.

Ali was really helpful before and after the sale, and I had a good experience. When I collected the car, it was cleaned and ready to go. Shortly after the purchase, I recommended it to family and friends.

Mo has been great throughout and very helpful. The car is going back to the dealership in January, which is under the 3-month warranty, so I'd give my overall experience a 4-star rating.

Other than the brakes squeaking, which I am in the process of contacting the warranty about, the Corsa I bought has been driving nicely, and Will was very attentive on the day. If I had any questions or queries, he was there to answer them, which I liked. I'd give my experience a 4-star rating.
