I dealt with Charles, he was very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with how quick the service was. I phoned up regarding the car on Sunday and I got it delivered the next day. It arrived around 10am the next day without any complications. I was really impressed on how easy the whole process. I would definitely recommend if you are needing a car quickly.

Honestly, perfect service from the guys at Warwick. I had some issues with the car. The first one was the air-con. I called up to let them know, and they told me to take the car to my local garage and that they would pay for it, and they did straight away. Then the car stopped working due to an underlying issue with the ABS sensor, which caused the whole car to stop functioning. Again, when I called up, they advised me on what to do. The car had to go to Honda for a specific part. I paid for this and sent across the invoice. Within the same hour, the money was back in my bank, just as promised. I’ve never seen aftersales service like it. These guys really care about their customers and want to make sure everything is okay with the cars they’re selling. I would highly recommend them. I’d say I’d go back again, but I won’t because the car I got this time around is just great. I couldn't be happier with it. A massive thank you to every member of staff who helped from start to finish.

Absolutely superb experience, I could not be happier with the car I got! From start to finish the service was great, any problems got sorted without any hassle, It all went smoothly and I would highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the customer service, staff were all friendly and anything I needed they accommodated to. I did have an issue with the car not having the oil filled correctly, it was actually filled to much so I had to do an oil and filter change which was an inconvenience. I got this sorted myself quickly as didn't want to be delayed and since then everything is fine with the car I am very pleased with it. I am still waiting for the service history to be sent over, but hopefully I shall receive this soon.

I have been impressed with the service I received, I initially went to the dealership planning to take it home the same day. However there was some issues trying to get the finance sorted, the guys at the dealership actually delivered the car free for me once everything had been sorted, which was greatly appreciated. When it arrived it was valetted perfectly inside. In the end everything was a quick turn around and I can't fault the service.

Very friendly and personal service, 2 year warranty gave us peace of mind. Everything sorted very quickly and fair part ex price given for our vehicle.

I am giving this dealership 4.5 out of 5 star ratings for the following reasons, there was a chip on the windscreen which I didn't notice at first and there was also a delay in my delivery of the car, this caused me to be without a car for a few days. However I was really pleased with the customer service and I felt the guys were good at communicating and in regards to how the car is running, so far I haven't had any issues so I am mainly pleased, I think just those few things not happening would have made it a 5 star experience.

Everything is ok with the car, and I'd rate it a 5 reason being the car sales man (can't remember his name think he is the owner) made the whole process excellent didn't put any pressure on trying to sell me a car excellent service

I cannot thank Phil and Charles enough. I recently purchased a Renault Captur and had an issue with the door and window not working properly. It was easy to miss as it was only a few millimetres off at the top and bottom. I called Phil and he answered straight away. The communication was spot on. They stuck to their initial word that any issues would be sorted, and that is exactly what they did. Everything was handled without any hassle, and they took all the stress away with their clear communication and fast response times. For that reason, I cannot give them anything less than five stars. This is the kind of customer service every dealership should aim for. Top guys. Since getting the car back there have been no problems and I am very happy with it.
