When buying my Toyota from Cartime, I found that there are a few things that need to be ironed out in the process, such as the administration of sorting the V5s, clarification on sale prices, and ensuring call-backs are fulfilled. That said, overall I am really happy with my new car and the experience as a whole.

I found this dealership on Autotrader, and its been a good experience buying from them. Hassan the salesman was very good and the BMW I bought is a 5 star car! I would go back to Cartime again. No ones perfect so its a strong 4 star rating from me.

After losing my previous car in an accident, I needed a quick replacement — especially as I work for myself! I decided on a Volvo XC60 from Cartime in Bury and Mo was great throughout the sale. The car’s been brilliant and I’ve travelled the length and breadth of the country since picking it up. The only downsides were a bit of waiting around as they were really busy, and the car wasn’t charged when I collected it. It also would’ve been nice to have a battery health check provided. That said, overall the service was very good and I’m happy with my purchase.

Hassan at Cartime's Bury branch was absolutely fantastic service-wise. The car's been sound and I've had no problems since I bought it back in June. Marked down a point as it could've been valeted to a higher standard, but I'm pretty happy overall.

The car wasn't prepped as displayed. Poor communication from the sales team both during the buying process and post purchase. The only reason why I've given 3 is that the complaints team resolved my concerns within an acceptable time frame.

The process was quick and easy and I felt at ease and not pressured.

On the whole it was good experience, I cant fault it. I haven't had to go back with any issues with the car yet which is good! Azhar was spot on. Nice, friendly, he knew and liked his cars, and there was no pressure to buy either which was appreciated.
