I did have an initial issue with the adblue system not being updated when they were doing work on the car, however everything got sorted quickly without any drama. Great initial buying process, all went smooth, couldn't have been made simpler to be honest. I am actually very happy with the car and with concept, they explained everything well.

Gaz was bang on, can't fault the guy, provided top service. Car is great apart from a knocking noise but going to take it to a garage as advised by Concept and hopefully get that all sorted. Everything else is fine great car!

I have never dealt with a company like Concept, Jamie and the whole team were just super helpful from start to finish, they helped me with the finance side of things and took me through the whole process. It didn't feel rushed or pressurienced it was just a nice relaxed experience throughout. I am of course happy with the vehicle I gotr, not had any issues with it. I would highly recommend, other dealerships don't compare!

Pleased with the BMW I got, I have had an issue with the fag lighter, however I will just get it sorted myself. Everything else is fine, car drives great. The service was all fine no issues at all, giving a 4/5 just due to the one issue.

I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was bloody brilliant! He couldn't have been more helpful! The communication was top level, every call, message or question was answered quickly and in detail. I called up about the car on the monday, and I had it by the tuesday! Some of the quickest service I have had, can't recommend Concept enough.
