I honestly can't praise the team at Prestige Cars Kent enough, but more so - Steve who mainly looked after us. I am the most indecisive person, and Steve was so patience with me, he gave all the details and ins and out of the cars I was looking at and helped me make a decision, without rushing me or been pushy! There was so much choice and the stock there is beautiful! I was really impressed with how I was treated and valued as a customer, really nice experience. I decided on a Range Rover Evoque and wow! The car is fantastic, I'm so glad I chose this one, it really is perfect! We collected the car from the showroom and it was immaculate, it looked incredible! When I initially enquired about a vehicle for sale I went through to Charlie. He was incredibly friendly from the get go and was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. He explained all of the options regarding payment plans and put several different quotes together to see which one suited me best. He was not pushy or biased in these options and did not try and sway me towards anything. There were a few minor issues along the way with the purchase of the car, but there were resolved quickly and efficiently. Charlie was fantastically helpful and kept me in the loop with updates even when he was due to be off work. Overall I dont think I could have had a better experience as a customer and have zero complaints.

He got everything sorted out for me, from the first initial enquiry all the way through to delivery Aman was great. It was strange buying a car blind, I've never purchased a vehicle without seeing or driving it first, but I am made up with the Audi A5. Its a lovely motor and I've already referred a couple of friends to the dealership, I was really impressed. The car was delivered, it all went ahead as planned and on time, and when the car arrived it was superbly presented - pristine condition. Given the current circumstances Prestige Cars Kent did a great job of looking after me when purchasing my Porsche Cayenne. They did as good as they could with very little aids, the customer service remained professional and pleasant through-out. The team had great communication, very responsive and they always returned my calls within good time. I'm pleased with the car, its lovely and very enjoyable to drive. I bought a lovely Mercedes Benz GLA recently and unfortunately after a week of buying it, I've had to isolate so I can't get out in it. What I did drive of the car, it was perfect, very very nice to drive. I was really enjoying it and I can't wait to get back in it, for now though - its looking very good on the drive. I'm really pleased with the car, and the customer service that came with it was exceptional. Helen looked after me and she was just lovely. She made the whole procedure easy and stress-free, it was very straight forward and it would be a pleasure to deal with Helen and Prestige Cars Kent again in the future.
