After years with my old car, it was time for me to get myself a new run around, and having spotted a Peugeot 308 on eBay for a great price, it seemed like a no-brainer to arrange an appointment to have a little look around the car. But what really stood out was the level of customer service received. Ben really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as it should; there was really no pressure on making a sale. After agreeing to purchase the car, we had arranged a time for me to come and collect it a few days later, but I ended up hurting my back and wasn't able to travel to collect the car. So he even took the time to arrange a time to drop off the car at my house, which just added even more to the customer service. The car is  running great and is  exactly what I was in need of to get me from A to B, so  just a faultless car in regards to the service. Ben is just a genuine, honest, and hardworking young chap who deserves a lot of praise. If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would. I have already recommended you to friends and family.

Got a great new addition to our taxi ranks, a Volkeswagen Sharan from Lease Cars Direct. direct, having  bought a few cars previously from Ben, I knew exactly what I would be getting. Everything was exactly as mentioned in the add; the car was clean, smelled great, and had been looked after. Ben himself is just a great guy, very easy to deal with, friendly and accommodating, just a no-pressure sale. 5 stars. 

After looking for a Volvo estate for weeks day after day, it was starting to feel quite bleak, and we were thinking we wouldn't find the right car for us when we just happened upon a Volvo V90 located on eBay at Lease Car Direct. The dealership is located very close to ourselves, so we really thought this must be a sign, and the car decided to find us after all the time spent looking. It looked great, had the right amount of mileage, and was a great price, so we decided to call up and arrange a viewing. The car was exactly as described and is running perfectly; long may it continue to touch wood. So overall, I am very happy with my purchase, so thank you once again. 

Having bought a Mercedes E class from Lease Cars Direct, primarily as a trade sale, I must say the cars listed are of great  quality and are always as described. Just a none-fault service provided by Ben at Lease Cars Direct. Having not bought an ex-lease car before, I wasn't sure exactly how the car would look or if it would be mechanically sound, but on viewing the BMW 5 Series and having the test drive, my mind was soon put at ease. The BMW is truly a stunner; the car was exactly as described, and for driving experience, it truly is just something else. I couldn't have really asked for anything more. Just a very happy customer. 

I just wanted to wait a few weeks before leaving the review, but the car is running perfectly with no issues from me. It's honestly great to see a young dealer doing what he is able to do to give him his dues. He was very knowledgeable and gave me loads of information in regards to how to charge the Tesla, how to charge, range, etc. Even though I have had one previously, it was great to see him making sure I had all the information needed. It is safe to say I would come back and buy another car from him.
