My partner and I bought a Nissan a couple of years ago and the service we received was that good, we have recently been back for our Audi A4 and received the same professional service. The only downside to this car is that someone smashed into the side of us just 4 days after we got it! Typical! Other than that, we have had no issues with either cars and the service has always been 5 star. Very happy 👍😁

This is the 3rd car ive bought from here and yet again, the lads down there have done a brilliant job. I only called to enquire about a Mazda 5 I had seen online and within 2 days, I was picking it up! Im thrilled to bits with it, its a great runner. I literally didnt even leave the house when buying my Insignia! The guy I dealt with at concept was outstanding - he did everything over the phone with me and even arranged the delivery. I was chuffed to bits when the car turned up, it was absolutely immaculate and perfectly described in the advert. Nothing less than 5 stars! Faultless experience.

I found the whole experience of buying a car from Concept car credit really quick and easy. I liked that they weren't in your face, but were on hand to answer any questions. I ended up buying an Astra and Im made up with it! I had a few issues when I first got it but I spoke to the dealer and they sorted it. I would definitely recommend this garage to others.
