My vehicle is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with it. There has been a delay in receiving the V5. However, the staff have been apologetic and were really helpful and friendly during the initial purchase. Overall, I am very pleased with both the service and the car.

Around a month after my purchase, I had an issue with the boot pin which fell off. I took it back and they repaired it for me free of charge. It really should have been the Mercedes garage who fixed this, but they didn’t want to, so Blackstone took it on and helped me out. We initially agreed to split the cost half and half, but when I went to collect the car, he told me it took him no time at all and didn’t make me pay. It is this type of service that makes a dealership memorable and better than others.

I purchased from here towards the end of last year. I have never had an issue with the car since the purchase and I am highly impressed by this. I was really pleased with all the staff as well. I would definitely use Blackstone again if they had something I was looking for.

I bought a 5 year old BMW from Blackstone Motors at full price with a 6 months warranty added. The car was delivered to my address within 1-2 weeks with a few small issues not addressed pre-delivery. Unfortunately I had to drive back the car to Blackstone Motors (25 miles) a few weeks later to rectify these issues. Once this was completed we agreed they won’t do paint correction and I will arrange and pay for this. All in all a pleasant experience with some unexpected waiting time.

I've had my Jaguar for a little while now and it's going okay but there are a few lights on the dash that I can't seem to get rid of. It's not the best car I've owned, but it does what it says on the tin. The whole presale was brilliant, and Blackstone Motors are a nice company to deal with.

I normally buy my cars from authorised dealerships, but not on this occasion. Because of this decision, I was concerned that the after sales service would be lacking, I couldn’t have been more wrong , what I received was a five star after sales service. I couldn’t recommend Blackstone motors more highly than I do I found their professionalism attention to detail and customer care second to none.
