I can’t praise Tom enough. I was unfortunately involved in a head-on collision at 80mph and spent 13 months recovering in hospital. To say I’m lucky to be alive is an understatement! When I was finally in a position to buy myself a new car, I decided on a Suzuki Jimny from Wheelers in Chipping Norton. Tom was fantastic from start to finish. He bent over backwards for me and nothing was too much trouble. He knows his job inside out and even though I had a few issues with the payment at first, he traced it back to the card machine provider and got it all sorted. I’ve had the Jimny for about three weeks now and with only around 3,500 miles on the clock, it might as well be brand new. I’ve not driven a manual for a while but I’m getting used to it (slowly)!

Customer service was excellent from viewing the vehicle all the through to the day of collection. Vehicle was excellent quality finished to a high standard would definitely use wheelers again.
