We took the time out to go and look at several vehicles at Prestige Cars Kent on a Sunday morning. We booked and appointment in accordance with their protocol. Arrived and was not greeted but had to go and find someone to discuss the specific vehicle with. Had to sit and go through sales patter for finance we did not want or require! The most rude man ever!

The first phone call was easy and informative, there was no pressure, then I was taken on a 40 minute test drive, on roads from country lanes to the M25. The deal was then agreed the next week when I was abroad and I collected the car the day after I returned. The car was immaculately presented and the hand over was swift. After paying for the car I arranged to pick the car up at a certain time. My wife and I had driven 80 miles each way to get to Prestige Cars Kent. We were kept waiting 4 hours. There was no paperwork prepared, then invoice and details all given to us with wrong name and address, hence the V5 was sent to the wrong address. It took me 3 months to get it, with very little help from Prestige Cars. The car was not prepared, some small paint touch ups were not done as agreed. Worst than all this, I am driving down the motorway and car starts shaking badly. I pull over and there are 8 loose wheel nuts! How we were not killed I do not know. Prestige Cars respond to this by offering 3 free annual seervice's, at their garage, not my local garage up the road. They seem to think that is helpful. Once they have your money, that is it, you are on your own. I have decided to go to the local press, I think a feature on this appalling garage will make good reading.

All of the guys were very friendly and accommodating when I purchased my RS6. Nick and James spent more than enough time to explain the finer details of my purchase. Excellent.
