Great Astra purchased, the car is just what I was looking for in terms of age, mileage, spec and condition. The salesman was really helpful, he asked what I was after, and came back to me with a few cars of interest, 1 been the Astra I ending up buying. It was easy and stress-free and to be honest pretty effortless my end, the dealership did absolutely everything. Cant fault, Id use again and I highly recommend to anybody.

I bought a Kia Sportage a few months back from Concept Car Credit, it was during the lockdown so restrictions were in place and it was very strange, Given the restrictions concept did a great job of providing a smooth and simple process, that ensured customers and staff were safe. We did click and collect and I couldn't fault the car what so ever, it was clean, tidy and everything was ready for a quick handover. The car is lovely, very roomy, practical and enjoyable to drive.

Over the moon with my Kia Sportage, its practical, spacious and the whole family approve included the dog! I am really pleased we managed to upgrade to such a lovely car as we don't have the best credit profile and have always worried about finance etc. They made the process seamless and pretty much did EVERYTHING on our behalf. All we had to do was turn up and collect the car. Couldn't fault the staff at all, very helpful and efficient - highly recommend.

I've just bought my first ever car, since I was learning to drive I've wanted a Mini but I never thought I'd be able to get one as I would need finance to buy it but I'm only 18. Concept managed to get the finance for me and they had the perfect Mini Cooper in, I fell in love with it! Everybody was really friendly and helpful and I would 100% go back here when I want a newer car.

I purchased a lovely motor from Concept, its the first time Ive used them and they sorted the finance, documents, paperwork, everything for me. I would defo buy here again, it was the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. I had an issue with the drop links, contacted concept, they booked me in a few days after, when I collected I wasn't 100% happy with the work, so concept booked back in and had the garage completely replace the parts and now, the car is on top form. Im confident with the replacement work and very happy with how concept handled it, they remained professional, helpful and worked efficiently to get it sorted.
