Well I bought my first RS from here some time ago now. It was £22.5k and describes as immaculate, which for the most part it was. Speaking to Mark he seemed like a genuine honest bloke, so I decided to take the car and I loved it.
However approx. 1 week late I noticed all the gloss black alloys were peeling. Disappointed I contacted Mark about the problem and he told me to get a quote and he "will cover what he can depending on business but at least £250." - The quote was for £350.
Anyway, I had the alloys done and sent Mark the invoice.... No reply after around 7 emails. Eventually his wife replied saying he was away in Scotland due to legal issues with his Ex and wouldn't be back for a while ---- very odd as my friend spoke to mark and arranged to meet him to look at a Subaru.....
After much hassle I eventually got £150, not the £250 I was promised.
Also a month after I bought the car I took it for a service and the radiator was leaking. I contacted mark and was told he would get me a second hand one from ebay for £90.... I politely refused as its a £22.5k RS, I didn't want rubbish going onto it. The warranty company would only pay for a cheap £120 pattern part so both options were totally pointless. In the end he gave me £90 and I bought a new rad for £450 (upgraded).
Seems a nice guy when talking to him, obviously made his money but Mark your after sales really is not the best mate. If you would of sorted my alloys out like promised, I would of been buying every car from you.

Excellent service from start to finish, The car was really nice and clean and in excellent condition and I have had no issues with it at all. The salesmen were a big help and the transaction was smooth and easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Revitupuk contacted me when I advertised my car for sale. They gave me a great offer for my car which I didn't hesitate in accepting. A breath of fresh after after all the poor offers I'd had from prospective private buyers.
As the distance between myself and the trader was over 400 miles, I was asked to meet him halfway. The deal all went to plan and there was no backtracking on the agreed price. The funds were in my account instantly.
As I was in the process of removing my personal plate, the dealer withheld £250 until the updated V5 was back in his possession. True to his word, the remaining £250 was transferred later.
Wouldn't hesitate to deal with again.

Do your research on the car you are trying to purchase or better still don't go near the place , told lies about the cars history and fobbed me off saying there was nothing to worry about despite the car costing 22k with a reconditioned gearbox after I specifically asked them several times about it .Wouldnt take the car to an independent garage for MOT only his garage ..I wonder why ? They only admitted it when I'd done the research and caught mark Longstaff out .Ive bought a lot of cars in my lifetime but this place is up there with the worst . Still fighting to get my deposit back .Ripitoffuk more like !

Mark Longstaff from Revitup UK Ltd in response to Cheggers
This Review is totally incorrect, car was taken by us at additional cost to audi to help the customer out, gearbox change was being done, and bent over backwards to help the customer nothing was good enough, we even refunded his 250 deposit after he messed us around and backed out for no reason, not a good person to deal with feel sorry for any other dealers who have him as a customer, he chased and chased for his 250 threatning us with action, it had been refunded 4 days before hand he didnt even think to check

Liar liar liar , all these bad reviews but it's never your fault mark is it ? You haven't refunded me , just fobbed me off with a screenshot of a bank transaction with no date and incorrect number . Don't worry MasterCard are on to you , all my friends and family know about you now and guess what ? A few have said they will never deal with you anyway after what they've heard before I told them . Compulsive liar and dishonest

Only a few points, which on face of it seem to echo most sentiment - however given a few factors my overall impression is that they try to keep promises made as long as you keep jolting memories with calls or txts.
Faults
Dented Rear Alloy - still trying to replace -
Car could have done with valet
Most worrying Engine Management light after 2 days, Now I was told get it done and whatever it costs they would reimburse me and get me a wheel.
Ok still no wheel so I gave up and Lambda Sensor required replacing as it had a cheater device "welded" to it to trick" OBC for emissions ** Did not work.
Long and short that bill was £300.00 + Vat - I had to call multiple times and txt all 3 of the mobiles that are used before I got back £200.00. So not all money but better than kick in teeth.
I have since spent a further £500 with light oil / fair filter change + re-map to 350 bhp as they REVO Map was not doing the business.
Other than that car has been bullet proof, and after all this I would but a car from them again. As I know what to look for and think the guys tried thier best and have too much going on to meet all expectations

Purchased a car 4 months ago from Revitup UK and finally just got everything sorted recently. They never sent the logbook off to the DVLA (it was lost in the post with 3 or 4 others that also got lost, apparently). The car came with previous owners private reg which was transferred to his new car, only just got the plates through (believe it or not there was 3 or 4 plates that never got delivered... what are the chances!!) - they also changed there story a few times about what happened.
Car was in good condition but not as advertised. The radio didnt have full functionality and the car never had a trip computer (this was on the advert) and tried to say the mileage counter was the computer.
Similar to a couple of other reviews on here once they have your money they couldnt care less. If it wasnt for me calling them two or three times a week nothing ever would have gotten done!

After viewing the car, there was an oil leak under the car and say said they will sort it. Bought the car, took it home, checked the oil level and there was no oil in the car and still had an oil leak. After spending nearly 1k on parts and labor to fix the car they paid out £250 for the repairs which is ridiculous. Kept in contact with me all the time but sales and prep team need abit of knowledge on opening the bonnets of the cars to check them over.
