Before I bought from Concept I read some reviews, with most been great but a few saying that the staff were pushy... I contacted them and I was speaking to Kieran, he was great, not once did I feel a hard sell or pushiness - he was perfect. He gave me a good choice of cars, gave me all the details and then gave me time to decide - no pressure.

I am absolutely head over heels with my new car, I love it sooo much, its my baby!! I should have upgraded so much sooner. I have gone from a Peugeot 107 to my new Citroen C4, its absolutely brilliant. We travelled for over 2 hours to go to Concept for the car, Kieran did absolutely everything for us, everything was ready when we got there, it was pretty straight forward. Kieran and Concept Car Credit comes with my recommendation.

This is the 2nd car I've bought from Concept Car Credit - I went back because the first time round they were so helpful and the car was amazing. I found an Audi S3 with Concept and was able to upgrade early - I couldn't not buy it, it was at a bargain price, exactly what I wanted and looked insane. To say I'm enjoying it would be an understatement, very pleased.

Absolutely loving my new Audi A3, its a beautiful car and I can't thank Gaz and the team enough at Concept. Gaz was so helpful and friendly, he pretty much did everything for me, he got the car in the garage, made sure it was spot on for me, he was perfect. I will always recommend Concept to anybody in the market for a new car - they are great!

Can't fault Concept, great help when buying my C Max, its a lovely car, suits the whole family and we all love it. I would return for another car from here.

Very impressed with the whole experience buying a car from Concept. We wasn't 100% sure what we wanted, so we gave them a budget and they sent pictures of a few different cars that suited our criteria and budget. We chose a Vauxhall Zafira and it was cheaper than we thought. Its really practical and spacious, plenty of room for the kids and dogs, its lovely. The dealer was so helpful and easy to deal with, they made the purchase simple and quick and there was no hidden surprises, the car was as advertised.

I had to put my trust into Concept Car Credit when I needed a new car, buying online was a bit nerve racking but I was left without any other choice as I needed a car, I was so blown away when I collected it, it was perfect, it looked exactly like it did online and was in perfect condition. I went for the Renault Captur, a lovely practical family car and definitely serving its purpose, I love it.

It was great chatting to the guys at concept, I had a good chat with the salesman to figure out what we wanted and what we could afford etc. He was really helpful and didnt rush or push me into buying the car. We got on well, had a laugh and a bit of banter. It all went well when I collected the car it was quick and easy, no problems what so ever. Very straight forward, I'll be back when ready for an upgrade.
