I found a car with another company and I was just been past from pillow to post, nobody gave me a straight answer and I didnt feel valued what so ever. I just walked away and searched again. I then came across Concept, first call was perfect, they were helpful, courteous and really polite. I said to the salesman I can afford £200 a month, what can you do, he gave me some options and I decided on a VW Golf. The salesman was straight talking, quick and helpful, I couldn't fault him. I had a 2 litre Lexus before hand so there's a huge different in the running costs, I'm saving money on the tax, insurance and fuel, its much more cost effective. I have already recommended Concept Car Credit to friends and family and my brother is buying a car here now too. The car is perfect, Its safe, reliable - its bang on. A very straight forward, easy process and its nice to see a company catering for all credit types - highly recommend.

When I was in contact with the dealer I was worried I would have to take time off work in order to collect the car or be at home when it was delivered but the salesman got it all sorted that the car could be dropped off to my work address for my convenience, it made it 10x easier for me... it was delivered when agreed and it was immaculate really clean and shiny, I'm chuffed to bits with it, and I would happily buy from Concept again, they made the whole procedure easy and straight forward.

Very very happy with my new car. Its runs lovely, really nice to drive, it looks beautiful I absolutely love it. I had a mechanic look over the car (for peace of mind) and they said its immaculate, they had it on the ramp and under the bonnet they said its mechanically sound, I was made up. The dealership was brilliant with us, so helpful and polite. The staff were really easy to talk to and deal with, I would be more than happy to purchase here again.

I was really impressed with John at Concept, he was so helpful and had lots of info and advice. I wasn't 100% sure what to go for but John helped me decide on a Vauxhall Astra and I absolutely love it, Its so nice to drive, really comfortable and it soon shifts.
