My new Audi A3 has been perfect. I thought the guys at Balham were great, especially Onder, who was the gentleman who I dealt with. He was so helpful, he took me through everything and was brilliant on the handover. I'd give it 5 out of 5.

I would like to give a 5. I wasn't pressured to purchase any vehicle, they worked efficiently and timely in delivering the vehicle and had great knowledge regarding the vehicles on their lot. I would recommend Balham Cars to people who are interested in purchasing a used vehicle.

We didn't have a car, so it came to the time where it would be useful to have one. Ever since we bought the Golf, we have been pleased with it. I have no complaints about the process, it was a smooth, quick process which is exactly what we were looking for.

All is well with the Mini. Onder was the salesman I dealt with, and he was great, pleasant, and efficient, no reason not to give it a 5.

So far so good with the Ford Focus I got back in February. The team at the dealership were friendly, they answered when I contacted them, and they solved any issues I had. Overall a great experience I'd recommend to others who are looking to buy a car.

Good customer service and a good experience

My brother bought a car from Balham Cars London previously, probably a year ago. I bought an Audi TTS, and it's been a good purchase so far, and on both occasions we were impressed with them. I would give a special mention to Charlie and John, I dealt with both of them, and they were both good guys.

Customer service on the day and after sales have been good. The Polo is going into Balham Car tomorrow for a repair, they were happy and helpful to get it booked in, and it was all easy.

In terms of performance and how the car runs, it has all been good. I don't necessarily like the car; just a few little things like the Bluetooth being slow and the windscreen not defrosting. Although I cannot fault Balham Car London, the whole team were really kind, approachable and knowledgeable.

I'm from Balham, so I've driven past Balham Cars London for years. I went in to have a look around and came across the Nissan Juke. I was really happy with everything and would give 5 stars across the board.
