John was really helpful, he took me on a test drive and helped throughout the process of buying the Volkswagen Polo. Happy with the car, although I have had an issue with the wiper blades, which I am going to contact the dealership about.

The only issue we have had is with the battery dying shortly after purchase. Now that has been sorted, it is running well, and Charlie was awesome, so I would give Charlie 5 out of 5 for his customer service, but due to the inconvenience of the battery, I would have to give a 4 overall.
