Car, I have so many problems

Bought my second car (first time independently). The staff were non judgemental and answered all questions Was offered a service as part of the sale, which was really quick and I was out the garage in under an hour from having test drive. Car runs perfectly, have had no issues with it 3 months on Also the car was deep cleaned inside pre sale and it still smells really good

They agreed in writing to provide a tyre but they haven't and they haven't done a good job touching up the paintwork that was agreed either. One says the tyre has been ordered but the next says it hasn't. Other than that the car has been fine. Everything was perfect apart from the aftersales.

I'm enjoying the car and they provided excellent service. One improvement though - perhaps on the test drive, I would have liked to go on a longer route so I could have built up speed. I'd give them 4.5 stars.

They have a policy about using credit cards. Because I went through Zuto, I told the agent I was dealing with that I wanted to pay the deposit via credit card but I was then told on the day of collection that they don't accept credit cards for the rest of the balance. Charlie was great, I would give him 5 stars personally. He did everything he could. 3.5 star review.

Customer service was very good, Charlie was very helpful, he showed around the car, made the purchase procedure very smooth.

all of the staff have been incredibly supportive and patient throughout the process, and even during the aftersales elements. Charlie was really friendly and informative, and when we had to take the car in to be checked over within the warranty, the service guys were all fantastic! I would strongly recommend Balham Cars to everyone!

The helpfulness of the sales rep Charlie. The man could see I really wanted the Panda, and bent over backwards to accommodate me.. if the boss sees these ratings, just to let you know.. this guy is a legend.

Charlie my salesman was great on the day and the car is all good - I've had to replace some minor bits but it's fine.
