So far so good with the car, although I haven't used it much yet. The staff were alright, they were relaxed and didn't pressure me to buy.

Some electronics in the car aren't working which I wasn't told about. I will be contacting Balham Cars shortly about it, but apart from that the car has been absolutely fabulous, great car, glad I went for it. John my salesman was very good, he just said to look around the cars to see what I wanted, with no pressure applied.

I found them online as I'm not that local to them. I was looking for a Mokka so I paid them a visit and I'm glad I did. My salesman Charlie was brilliant, he gave good customer service, it was a very good experience. The car has been great too, I'm really enjoying it.
