Really happy with Onders customer support - He was really great!

I found Balham Cars on Auto Trader when I was searching for a VW Golf, and I'm actually really pleased with the service they provided. John, Charlie, and the younger guy who completed the handover were all really helpful and the car’s been running great with no major issues.

I am really pleased with the vehicle. It is a great car and I am very happy with it. I do have a small concern in the back of my mind about the cambelt, as I have read that it is a known issue on models like mine. I will be keeping an eye on it, but at the moment there is nothing to worry about. The car drives really smoothly and looks great. John provided excellent customer service. His communication was clear and I was never left waiting around. I would definitely return to Balham again.

I am really pleased with the service from the team at Balham. I did have to take the vehicle back as the engine light came on, but Danny sorted it out very quickly. It was only a small fault, and I was not without the car for long. They were great at fitting me in and making sure everything was running perfectly before I left. Since getting my vehicle back, nothing else has come up and the engine light has stayed off. I am impressed. Thank you to the team.

Balham Cars went over and above to make me feel super at ease and listened to. That was the difference between other dealerships/second hand car shops - we were treated so well, got told all the details about the types of cars we were looking for (as we initially did not have a set idea) and the variety on display was good for us. We had a test drive which was super easy, and then were able to message directly to the office regarding another car they had coming in which turned out to be the one we purchased. It came in with scuffs on the side and a dent in the back with a couple months of an MOT left on it and they fixed it up in their adjoining garage so it was perfect for us when we came to buy it. Honestly cannot recommend this place and higher, it’s 11/10! Already told our neighbours about Balham Cars too because we were raving about it so much!

Everything has been running perfectly with my car since I got it, not a single issue to report. The whole process was really easy and straightforward. I found all the staff to be friendly and not pushy at all, which made the entire experience feel very relaxed.

Really happy with my car, so far so good!! I will say the service was equally as good. No issues came up, there were no delays in getting the car, and everything was as expected. I really can’t complain, so thank you.
