It's about 99% there. I'm just playing it by ear at the moment because the car seems to make a crunching noise when I engage the clutch in first gear. Other than that, the car is lovely and I have been enjoying it. The process of purchasing the car was straightforward, easy and quick. I would say they valeted the car well. It could have been a little cleaner in some places, but overall I am pleased with the process.

Bought a ford S-Max from these guys recently. They sold us rubbish keys to go with a very nice car, but did fix this for us and provided new carpets. Good and friendly service

Really happy with the car. I use it here and there, but I’ve had a good run around in it and everything is running as it should. I’m pleased. I’m also equally pleased with the service from the staff. They made sure everything I wanted sorted was done to a high standard. I took the car for a test drive and I have no complaints. It was exactly what you would hope to expect at a car dealership, a very easy process.

I am pleased with the car. It came with an MOT but not a service. However, John said it was fine. I took it for a service myself, and he was telling the truth. Everything was perfect with it, and I’ve got myself a good motor.
I did arrive at the dealership an hour early, so the car wasn’t out and ready for a test drive yet. However, I just wanted to hear the engine and get going. It was all clean and tidy. Maybe it felt a little rushed, but overall I am pleased and it has been a good experience. I really can’t complain. It is a great car, and if it wasn’t, I would have taken it back!
I would definitely consider using these guys again. An honest dealership for sure.

I knew the car and the spec I wanted, so when I came across it on AutoTrader with Balham, I actually bought it blind because I am in Kent and the distance is a little far. The delivery went really well, and the guy who dropped it off was really nice. I have to say everything was exactly as described and shown to me. There were no surprises or anything hidden, just a very accurate description of the vehicle. Communication throughout was great with Charlie and Onder, and so far everything has been going well with my vehicle.

Everything with my Audi so far has been good and I'm very happy with it. I haven't taken it to my mechanic to have a look over it yet but it's good. This was my first time visiting Balham Cars London and Charlie provided great service.

John was very good at explaining everything I needed to know about the car before going ahead with it and I thought he was helpful with the process of getting the car. I've been a few places in the Nissan and so far it's going good. I'm happy with it.
