The car has been fine, working with Charlie on the day was great. Nice guy. 5 out of 5.

The experience buying the car was great. There have been a few electrical issues with the car though. I did call Balham and they offered to take the car in or to take it to a local garage to get the work done. I dealt with Charlie, he explained everything in detail, showed me the service history, and gave me a good deal for the car.

They helped me a lot, and the car has been fine so far. Charlie is a very good man - I appreciated how he explained everything it was nice.

John my salesman is a really nice guy, really helpful, and he made the process quick and easy. I'm loving the car, I've been driving it loads. I'll definitely go back once my current car is paid off, and I've already recommended them to others.

The car is fine, it's the second car that we've bought from them. They're great, we trust them. The service is great and Charlie who dealt with us was really helpful. When we viewed the car the windscreen was cracked but they sorted it out before handover which was appreciated.

There was an issue with the AC vents in the car, so I took it back to Balham and they said they'd contact the manufacturer for a price, and they'd contact me to get the car in but I haven't heard anything back yet. I dealt with Charlie on the day - he was friendly, no complaints at all.

It was an excellent experience. There was an issue with the car in the first couple of days so I took it back there and they sorted it under warranty. The staff were amazing, they were really relaxed. I've bought from there before so I was happy to go back and I'd 100% go back there again. I'd recommend them to anyone.
