Very nice staff, Charlie in particular who was helping me, he made me feel comfortable. My car is good and I'm happy with it, for the right car i would buy from them again.

I first used Balham Cars when I was 17 and bought my 1st car, and they were so amazing them, I decided to go back for my 3rd car. John and Charlie were amazing, I trust them completely and would 100% buy from them again in the future with out a doubt.

This dealership is only two miles away from me so quite handy. When I bought my Nissan Qashqai from them back in October, I have to say Onder was very good, he was informative, helpful and attentive to me but not in a over bearing way, just gave me the freedom and space but there to answer any questions which is exactly what you want when buying a car. Based on my experience I would feel comfortable to recommend them and I would even consider them in the future.

Onder was outstanding, his general customer service was good, not only him but all the staff were very kind and even helped me out allot as initially went to see another car but when I saw the A6 I changed my mind. Which I know was the right choice as I'm enjoying my new car. On collection the car was very well prepared, and most importantly any questions no matter how silly they were answered straight away - Thanks Onder and the team at Balham Cars London.

I walk past this dealer quite a bit as its local to me, so when I was looking for this car I bobbed in and they were brilliant to deal with, everything with the Polo I ended up buying is great. Would happily recommend and buy from them again.

I'd happily buy from Charlie at Balham Cars London, he made the whole buying experience spot on! He was excellent making sure everything was ready on time and nice and clean for me. Pleased with my Polo and happy to report no issues.

Charlie at Balham Cars is a good guy, who gave a good level of customer service. I am a little disappointed in the car, as I feel it uses allot more fuel than I was lead to believe, that being said I am happy with the Audi. Also to mention I am missing the Air compressor for the tyres, there is a missing slot in the car where is should be, so if the dealer could help with this that would be great...

I'm happy with both the car and the service I received. Charlie was very helpful from the moment we arrived at the dealership. We don't live that far away but found the car online after a specific search as we were looking for this particular Kia. Since having the car its been running good and I'm enjoying it. Overall a 4 star experience from me, but nothing I can think that they could do better on.
