4. quick, easy and good value

So far so good with the BMW X3 i purchased, overall it was a good experience, with slight issues with the front sensor and a few more bits of information I would have hoped for on the day. I'd still give it 4 stars.

The service was really good, everything went well from start to finish. They made time for me, didn't rush me, helped with anything I needed I really couldn't fault them. I did have one issue with the tyre pressure sensor monitor, however they sorted this for me quickly and apart from that everything has been great. I have already recommended the dealership to others just as I had such a great buying experience. 5 stars all the way.

I was very impressed with the customer service at CarTime. They went above and beyond to help me out. As I didn't have a way of getting to the dealership they came and picked me up from my house so I could view the car test drive it etc. They then dropped me back off and delivered the car to me free of charge. The level of customer experience was some of the best I have received. It was a quick turn around also. The only thing I will criticize is that there was no charging cable in the car. I didn't chase it up as already had one at home. But for that reason I would rate a 4.5. Everything else went perfect, would highly recommend this dealership.

I can't complain about my experience on the day of purchase buying the BMW X3. Gareth was good, he answered all our questions. The car was prepped and ready when we went to collect it. Good experience.

The car has been great so far , no problems and very enjoyable to drive. The purchase from cartime been smooth and easy The only little issue I'm having with the car is that I can hear some plastic annoying creaking from the car dashboard.. obviously I know that is nothing to do with the dealer but on a full review I think is right to report it . I needed a car quickly, due to my previous one breaking down, Cartime where able to help me out quickly with I appricated. I was looking on Autotrader when I saw the car that I liked. I contacted, went in to view and took it home. I found that the Autotrader advert I saw was 100% accurate. I have had no problems and most importantly I am happy with it. John was really helpful, he answered any questions I had and was able to assist in getting the quick turnaround. 5 all the way!

My new car has been perfect! I love it! I wanted a bit of an upgrade, I had a corsa previously and upgraded myself to a Mercedes CLA, it is my first automatic and I couldn't be happier with it been driving it everywhere since purchase! The staff at the dealership were great to deal with, my dad did the majority of the dealing and I test drove and viewed with him. The test drive was fine, got long enough with the car to make my decision and not feeling rushed. I would recommend this dealership, they are efficient in getting everything ready and I have found my car to be reliable.

I actually purchased a car quite a few years ago from the Bury branch but never used the Rochdale one. I dealt with Mohammad for the majority of the sale, he was great, sorted everything out for me without any problems. I went to the dealership either a Thursday or a Friday, they sorted everything over the weekend for me and it was ready to collect by Monday. Couldn't have asked for anything different to be honest. The car itself I am pleased with, I don't do many miles in it, but it is nice to have a reliable vehicle there if I need it. I wouldn't have in problems going back to CarTime in the future based off my experience with them.
