5 overall a great experience, really relaxed sales approach giving us the time to make an informed decision without pressure. Vehicles are good value. We purchased from you previously and had a positive after sales experience too. My only feedback would be that we were given some confident advice about different trim levels on the kia niro that turned out to be inaccurate when we sat in the car. This didn't affect the outcome of our purchase but meant we lost a bit of confidence in other information being provided. This feels like a picky point as drive green is already 10x more knowledgeable than anyone else we dealt with, but nonetheless hopefully helpful feedback. We particularly appreciated the input from Reece who was happy to give us plenty of time to make a decision and explore options across multiple visits!

The service at Drive Green was excellent and it was just up the road from me. I took the Vauxhall on a test drive, and it all went fine. It was just overall good a five stars.

The sales people were very helpful, and accommodating which made the process easy.

My rating for the whole experience would be a 4 as I have been a little disappointed to have a couple of faults on the car. The purchasing experience was good and the sales team very helpful. Hopefully tomorrow I can get the car booked in for the faults to be corrected then it will be good. It was not made clear that the charging lead we purchased was refurbished although that information was stated on the invoice. It would be better if that was made clear. There was quite a lot to take in as a new EV purchaser and a bit overwhelming.

I am really impressed with drive green, it was local to me and had good reviews, so I went down to have a look and test drive a couple of cars and Drive green made it really smooth for me. Reece has been excellent I couldn’t fault it. It has been a good experience. I would give it a five 😊

It was a pleasant experience overall with Drive Green. I was looking for a battery certificate, and I did contact the garage, and I still have not heard back from them so I would appreciate a reply. But aside from that up to now It is a fairly straight forward experience it was different actually because I was left to my own devices which I personally have no problem with. But overall, it was a good experience relaxed in some aspects but the car is beautiful and in good condition.

The Hyundai is all okay so far, I did have an issue with the breaks grinding so I spoke to Drive Green, and they put me in touch with the garage they work with, and they were fantastic and sorted it out for me. They have a good selection of cars that you can go and test drive.

I knew which car I wanted so I was all done in advanced, it was all pretty straight forward the whole process. Everything was fine. Five stars 😊
