I would give a rating on my experience a 4 - it was a simple experience to buy the car and assured car was in good condition

Got a Jaguar XF, I actually haven't driven it to much as of yet, but it is a great car, couldn't be happier with it. I didn't deal with Karl Smith to much as I went through referral to get the car. However when I arrived to pick it up, there was a young lad who was very polite, showed me around the car quickly and off I went. Very much a in and out fast interaction. The car was already prepared and cleaned for when I arrived which was appreciated. Would rate that experience 5 star.

I am local to this dealership, although this is the first time I had purchased from it. It all went well, I would say it was a fast purchase, there was no delays. The car I got has been completely fine and based off the experience I have had this time around I will definitely be using them again. I can't remember the name of the staff who helped me but they were so professional, couldn't have gone any better.

Everything has been going well with the Corsa I have purchased. I was very impressed with the service from Tom and Kelly, they were just so nice to deal with, didn't feel any pushiness, would definitely go back to them. Great dealership!

We have just recently moved to the area and Karl Smith Car Sales was the first dealership we came across. We were looking for a second run around car and they had a lot of options to choose from. We went for a Citroen C3, great car, had no issues with it, does the job we need it to. The lad we dealt with was really great, no pushiness and it just made it a nicer experience for everyone. We will be using them for services on this car and our other, they are our new reliable dealership haha! Don't usually give a 5 star but honestly can't think of a reason not to.

The young man who dealt with me was very easy to deal with he didn't push a sale and was happy to give me a discount which I was very happy with. I would recommend your business and the young man who dealt well me top marks

Got no complaints, everything went well at the dealership. The van was cleaned spotlessly for me and the staff were good. In regards to the van itself, everything seems to be going well, I just need to test it on the motorway to check there isn't a limit on it, but apart from that I am happy.

The staff are great, this is around the 3rd time I have purchased from here, they are very much a trusted dealership to me never had any issues and if there ever was I know they would sort it quickly for me. I find everyone to be friendly and never trying to just get a sale which is a good find in a dealership now days;. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
