Having been all over the country and looked at a fair few dealers who do these vans, I come across Concept-R, and they do the custom builds. They had it for two months and I said what I wanted it to look like and everything else. I was there almost every night I was part of the furniture haha. Super guys couldn’t have been more helpful to say the least they were brill! Luckily I’m around the corner, as soon as I walked in Justin worked with me. I’m going back for more as I have a collection! Absolutely five stars I’ve recommended to a couple of friends as well.

Everything has been fine so far, I am very happy with my new car. Darran assisted me throughout the sale, he was really good. He made me feel at ease and I didn't once feel any pressure to purchase. I took the car on a test drive with my daughter, he let us take as long as we needed. I put the deposit down that day and then came back for the car. When I did go to collect the car was ready for me when I arrived. 5 star service.

It’s all going okay for now, the friendliness of Darren was great, he was great. I've got a weird noise coming from the back of the car so I've had to get both of the bearings done, I told the garage about this, and they offered to reimburse for some of my replacements. The customer service was pretty good I did reach out to them and they were very helpful. When I went to go see the car they stayed open for me on a Sunday which was good.

I’ve got nothing bad to say about Concept R, my old car was 20 years old so I thought I would upgrade to something better. The reviews online looked great, and the Mercedes had a good price, I had seen similar cars with higher mileage and more expensive on other websites. Darren dealt with everything, he was a massive help without him I wouldn’t have done it.

Needed a car for my daughter as she has just passed her test. It's brilliant first car, getting on brilliantly with it. The car itself and the customer service is what made me choose Concept R, it was brill and would recommend anybody to go there! I think I spoke to the owner and he was a phenomenal chap to speak to, was really friendly and welcoming.

I'm getting on beautifully with my new Porsche, it's all good. The car was well priced and just what I was looking for, what stood out to me most was the service was really good. The sales staff were not pushy but very helpful, answered all my questions and actually went above and beyond.

My Citreon is going great, its a really nice van with no issues. My old van somehow got contaminated fuel and it decided to decease itself! So I was definitely in need for a new one. When I saw Concept-R online they had the right vehicle, at the right price, with the right package. The dealer did a full walk around video before I went to go see the van in person, when I was down there the customer experience was absolutely fabulous, it was a really nice place. Definitely a 5 star!
