Phantom had the right make, model and spec I was looking for. The Golf R has been good, initially there was a bit of paintwork that needed fixing, after going through the complaints process it was resolved by Phantom. My experience with Jack during the sales process was perfect.

My experience with Phantom Motor Company was really good, I’d recommend them any day of the week, we got the Land Rover from there with our dogs in mind and they helped with that, they weren’t pushy at all!

The mustang is absolutely fine, there is a small issue with the window being a bit twitch but its noting major. Alistair & Longin at Phantom were great, very helpful and we had absolutely nothing to complain about.

Everything is going well with the Land Rover Sport I got from Phantom Motor Group, no problems at all. They were all good as gold down at the dealership very helpful, the car was ready when expected and they did all the work I’d requested

I brought my Mercedes as a birthday present for myself. I was very nervous and excited about spending a lot of money that I had saved. However I have not been disappointed. Jack was excellent. He was not the typical pushy sales person. He put me at ease. Answered the questions I had. I travelled over 100 miles to collect the car however, Phantom can deliver to you also. It was ready for collection. Customer Service was good. Would recommend Phantom.

I'm really Enjoying the Audi TT, my friends have been asking me where I got it from! I’ve been looking around the Phantom website for a while as I really like the car collection there. I was planning to visit one day. I found the TT on the website and asked for a viewing. I really liked the viewing experience and the customer service. Chelsea was so nice, every doubt we had she cleared, her service was really understandable! All the staff are nice, especially that one business administrator guy. He was very friendly and professional. If i'm upgrading my car my first choice will be Phantom, I have already recommended them to my brother and friends.
