My wife and I were after a Renault Clio as she has had one for years and she feels comfortable with them. Adam was alright during the sales process, he did get a bit salesy at times, but that’s to be expected. The overall experience with Ponko was good.

Kye and the rest of the staff were very good, they really made sure I was looked after and helped me make the right decisions. I always wanted an A-class, to be honest, and when I saw the one at Ponko on Autotrader, I knew it was my car.

My mum and I recently brought a car each from here and it was an amazing experience! Bogdan was very kind and patient, making sure we understood everything from start to finish as we aren’t the most car technical people and had a few issues with setting stuff up but we left all sorted and happy. He was very patient and not pushy as we were unsure what we wanted at first but made sure we left with exactly what we were both looking for! Could not recommended the team enough everyone was lovely and we are both happy with our cars and the freshly re-gassed air conditioning 😍

We initially found the VW Golf online, and it wasn’t too far from where we live, so we thought we would try Ponko out. It turned out to be the right choice. The only thing that could have made the experience any better would be a bigger discount on some things, hahaha!

It's not the car I would have chosen myself. However, it's a great company car, and it definitely gets the job done. The gentleman at Ponko has been really friendly, helpful and did everything they said they would. There were a few issues regarding the payment, but that was not from Ponko’s side. The communication from them while the issues were getting resolved was great!

I’m loving the Mini from Ponko. Everyone was lovely, Kye who I dealt with was great, very supportive and answered all my questions. The only thing stopping me giving a 5 star is there was a slight delay to my test drive appointment as they were quite busy. That said they were really good at prepping the car making it as perfect as it can be! I’ve already recommended Ponko to a friend at work and she’s just been down and bought a car too.

The car was well-presented and everybody we met was helpful and polite. The slightly 'heavy sell' of an extension beyond the rather miserly one month warranty and the Gleam clean treatment is the reason for it not being a 5. We didn't take up either.
