Everything has been fine with the Range Rover so far, although it's early days for Range Rovers. I've had them previously, and they always have silly things that go wrong. My experience at Prestige was good, no problems whatsoever, just a slight lapse in communication with the sales team and service team, but still a solid 4 star.

The Audi A3 was just an upgrade, I heard about the dealership, as a few people at my work were talking about it. It was probably the best dealership I have been to so far, 5 out of 5.

I did business with Ivan, he was great to deal with, and his manager was also very nice. I hadn't changed my private reg. I went down there a few days ago, and they kindly gave me a form to fill in. My partner is thinking about getting a new car soon, so the first place we will go is back to Prestige Cars Kent.

I'd give my experience a 3 star rating. Everything was really good up until the last bit where I needed to get the V5C done. I had to chase it multiple times, so it would have been 5 stars other than that issue.

I'd recommend prestige cars to others, I have just bought my first car, and it has been going well. Everyone was professional and friendly throughout the process.

The Audi A3 has been good, I've had no problems. It did take longer than expected for the completion of the deal to be finalised, which I think was down to an issue with the finance company, although Thomas the salesman was helpful, so that was a positive.

I was unhappy with my current car at the time, which was a Lexus hybrid. It was only designed to do one mile on the self generating battery. I felt disconnected driving it due to the type of gearbox it had. I've had many Mercedes and Jaguars over the years. I was specifically looking for a Mercedes CLA on Auto Trader when I came across one advertised at Prestige Cars. When I arrived it was a nice place. They definitely specialise in the prestige cars of the marketplace, so I was happy to be there. I did feel at times it was a little bit pushy regarding going through HP and some additional services they offer but I was already set on paying for the car outright. I would still give it 5 stars because I came away with the car I wanted, and it is working well.

We found the BMW on Auto Trader, contacted the dealership and did the buying process over the phone. We then paid for delivery, as we are in the Midlands. Once the car was delivered, it was all as described. There were a few lapses in communication at times, but other than that, it was good.

My experience at Prestige Cars Kent was good overall. I had to chase a reimbursement but got it all sorted in the end and am happy with the Cupra Formentor.
