Had been looking for a specific engine and colour combo Range Rover for ages and came across one which Ben had. Went to view and there were a few issues with it, but Ben is extremely capable and was able to fix the smaller ones himself, with the major one sent to his mechanic and sorted in a day. I bought a Smart Four two off Ben last week. There was no log book with the car which wasn’t the problem. When I handed the V62 in at the post office to tax the vehicle so I could insure it. The tax was declined because the car was still registered to the previous keeper. I needed the car taxing and insuring for the drive to work the following day. I had been messaging Ben all the time to keep him in the loop. When I messaged about the latest hurdle, he said he would deal with it. True to his words a few hour later after he had spent 2 hours on the phone to the DVLA he sent across the vehicle tax confirmation. Ben kept in touch throughout and did what he said he would do.
