The Audi Q7 from Vansco is absolutely amazing, although It is in the garage today as the engine light has come on but Vansco have been helpful throughout these issues, the gentleman who I dealt with was very knowledgeable, you could tell he’d been at it a long time! The dealership and the information online was very good indeed, everything you’d require of it! I’ve already recommended them to my friends/family!

The dealer at Vansco was good, the car was as advertised, but did however have a few more miles that it said, I liked that it came with a warranty.

The Nissan from Vansco 333 is dong the job, I’m getting on really well with it, when we first picked it up there was a issue with a broken trim, which we took back and they happily replaced it, and even gave us money for the fuel!

This experience with Vansco is very good, especially with the John the person who is the manager. It was a nice experience there was no delay, the cars condition is perfect. I’m happy with that!

Purchased a Ford Ranger, to be honest, I’m not that keen on it. It’s just too big for me and not as comfortable to drive as I thought it would be, so I’m actually looking to get rid of it. That said, my experience with the dealership itself was good. I dealt with Scott, and he did everything he needed to do. All the communication and arrangements leading up to collection were fine, and I was happy with that side of things. I didn’t collect the vehicle in person as someone else picked it up on my behalf, so I can’t comment on the showroom experience. Overall, I’d give the experience a four out of five. Even though the vehicle isn’t right for me, everything with the dealership was handled well.

I purchased a Kia Sorento from Vansco back in March. I came across the dealership online. The salesman's name was Scott, and he was really good throughout the process.

Everything has been okay with the Jaguar XF. When we were at the dealership, everything was explained in detail, and based on our experience, we would use Vansco again in the future if we were to buy another car.

My experience at the dealership was positive. I dealt with John, and he was good to deal with, so I was happy with that side of things. The only issue I had was when I picked the van up. It had been polished, but it looked like it had been done with a dirty mop, which left swirl marks all over the bonnet and side panels. At first, I thought it was just polish that would wash off, but it didn’t, so I ended up having to get it detailed and polished again to remove the marks. That’s my only complaint really. I’d rate the experience a four out of five, as it would have been a five without that issue.
