It's going fine so far. I did my investigation into the car and the garage had lots of good valid reviews so thought i'd take a punt. I went to Wanstead Carriage as they are nearby and they kind of had what I was looking at and the spec I needed, it ticked the boxes. The salesman was easy going, very accommodating with the test drive. Their zero pressure sales and laid back attitude of the salesman stood out to me. I've recommended them to a friend already who are considering a similar vehicle in the future.

I saw the car on Autotrader and liked the car so went to Wanstead Carriage. My experience went pretty well. Ive had to change a few bits and I spoke to the dealership but they said to go through the warranty so gave four stars. They are nice people. The salesman was honest with my trade in. Easy process, not much hassle. Environment was clean and nice

It was my first time using Wanstead Carriage and they have some great cars. After looking at other places they made me feel confident as their rating seemed pretty high. The sale went smoothly, I feel they sincerely sold me an honest car. Staff were fantastic. They could have negotiated abit better on the sale price but they were very polite and offered me a coffee and use of their phone. I wasn’t rushed and they allowed me to take my time. Three days to collect with great service, I got looked after. It was an imported vehicle and they explained everything to me. The manager has welcomed me back to get a good deal next time so I will be returning.

No issue at all, the car is fine. My husband searched online and they have a good selection of Japanese cars. We had a bad experience with some of the staff but we spoke to manager and he sorted everything out. However, I would recommend them to others.

I can only echo what others here have said. Wanstead Carriages were an delight to buy our latest import from. A fantastic selection of vehicles that we were able to look around in and out of with absolutely zero pressure from start to finish. Any questions along the way were handled brilliantly. We were even able to drive the one we chose away the same day, despite a small mixup with the MOT that was quickly, easily and professionally resolved. We couldn't be happier.

I’ve no problems with the Golf I bought at Wanstead Carriage, it's in excellent condition. I’m quite pleased with it. I found it online then went to see them. I would recommend. The salesman was polite and quite emphatic about the different things we asked about.

The car was in excellent condition. I was never pressured while viewing the vehicle etc. I opted for extending the warranty for peace of mind.
