The car is fine, but we're still waiting on the logbook which BVG are sorting out to be fair. Shah was lovely, really nice, gave us plenty of time and didn't rush us which was great. I'd give them 5 stars.

The guys were very friendly not pushy at all informative and gave me a good trade in I received the car with a full MOT and it had a full service would highly recommend

The experience has been good so far although I have noticed there is a key for the passenger glovebox that I don't have. My friend recommended me to BVG and I would do the same.

The staff were really friendly guys - the car is sound too. I'd definitely consider going back when I need another car again.

I was looking on Autotrader for A5's and the one at BVG was such a good deal so I decided to pay them a visit. The staff were very good, they looked after me well. They let me get on with it without any pressure to buy. Easy 5 stars.

I've had to buy my old car back because the new one isn't agreeing with me so far unfortunately. I love the car apart from that. The customer service staff were fine - no problem whatsoever.

5 .... really professional, left me alone to have a good look around the car without hassling me. Was able to sit in a private room to look over all the paperwork.......was happy to answer any questions I had about the car and if they didn't know the answer they would find someone who knew the answer.

The people were accommodating and nice, the car is really good which is always a good sign. Nobody was pressuring, they gave us all of the options and answered all of our questions. I'll give them 4.5 stars, only because there was a little issue with the speaker which was easily sorted
