Happy with everything the dealership's done for me. Their support was great from the moment I enquired. I've since had an emissions warning light flash up on my dash, so I need to get that looked into. It doesn't worry me too much though, so I'm still scoring a solid four out of five.

This is the 5th car I have had from them. The level of customer service is amazing they go above and beyond to get you exactly what you want. I have never been disappointed with any of the cars I have had. I would highly recommend them.

I've used Concept Car Credit before so I knew what to expect service-wise. They were as good as previous times...really efficient and walked me through all the paperwork again which was much appreciated. I've noticed a sensor fault since changing the windscreen so I need to get in touch to get that looked at, but other than that I'm loving my first automatic.

We needed a bigger family car and we're really happy with the Seat Leon. The kids approve too which is a good sign ha ha! Service-wise Concept were great from start to finish and we didn’t have any hiccups or issues. There’s a small scratch on the rear passenger door that I’d like to get sorted, but other than that everything’s as it should be.

Having bad credit from years ago means not everyone’s willing to give you a chance to get back on the ladder — but that’s exactly what Concept Car Credit did for me and I can’t thank them enough. I suppose I’m a bit old-fashioned and never give 5 stars, but I’m really happy with every aspect of my purchase and absolutely chuffed with my new BMW X1. I hadn’t come across Concept Car Credit before but after struggling to get car finance elsewhere, they stepped in and offered to help. We got there in the end and I’m genuinely thankful for everything they did to make it happen. The whole thing was pretty straightforward, everyone was happy to help and could always answer my questions, so all-in-all it was a great experience.
