I was quite nervous buying a car; 1. without seeing it and 2. from a long distance away. I was lucky enough to deal with Laura and she really put my mind at ease, she sent me numerous photo's of the car and even did a few walk around videos for me - I got a very good understandings of the car and its condition by this. I put my trust into this dealership and agreed to buy the Audi A4. I'm so glad I did, the car is bang on! I absolutely love it, it drives like a dream, runs perfectly and very enjoyable. I've not had any issues with the car or company at all. Its been an nice car buying experience, stress-free and Laura did everything she possible could for me. 1 thing did stand out to me, and it was how the staff all cared about each other, they was always helping each other and making sure everybody was ok, I thought that was really nice. I have bought lots of cars in the past and I've never received service like I did here - its been fantastic from start to finish. I'm absolutely over the moon! I will always buy my cars from here in the future and I always recommend Concept Car Credit first when anybody is looking for a new car.
