Really happy with the Vauxhall Astra I purchased, the car is brilliant, its lovely to drive and I am enjoying it a lot (when I can finally get it off the wife)!! The car was delivered to me, it was on time, exactly as described and really clean, couldn't have asked for any more from them. When I was buying the car, the whole team at Concept Car credit were great, really nice people to deal with and very helpful. I will happily buy here again in the future.

I recently used Concept Car Credit to buy a new Vauxhall Zafira, whilst I was buying the car Kieran was absolutely brilliant, he went above and beyond for me, he was extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgeable, he answered all questions and did everything he said he would. The service has been fantastic through-out, I took the car back with a small issue and they fixed it straight away, I was really happy with how it was handled and rectified.

When I went to Concept Car Credit in Manchester I didn't expect the team to work so hard and go above and beyond to meet my needs, Laura in particular was brilliant, she worked hard to get the finance sorted and Jonny was brilliant too. I bought a van from Concept a while back and when we needed a new car, I wanted to go back to Concept Car Credit as they looked after me last time. I wanted a 4X4, something with a tow bar to take the caravan away. I found a lovely Kia Sportage with Concept and went to view it, it was in great condition and suited our needs perfectly. Again the customer service was brilliant, so helpful and informative. The Kia has been great since buying it, its running well and towed the caravan no problem! Very pleased with it, and I will be back to Concept when I need something else, I highly recommend!

I really can't believe how hard Laura and her team worked to get me in the car I wanted. They worked solid for 2 weeks, to get the finance approved and the car I wanted. I had only seen pictures of the car when I agreed to buy it, but when I got there to collect, it was exactly as described, clean and even more impressive in person. I bought a BMW 3 Series Luxury, and its absolutely incredible, I'm so happy with it. The size of the car is great, really spacious inside and the boot is big too, I'm made up with it. I was really looked after, Laura went above and beyond, there was a few staff member involved and every single person was fantastic! This is the first time I've used Concept Car Credit and I do not have 1 negative thing to say at all, I will 100% use them again and 100% recommend to others.

I've never used Concept Car Credit before to purchase a car, so when I went down I wasn't sure what to expect, I was mega impressed. The customer service was absolutely brilliant, helpful, kind, welcoming and they had the greatest knowledge of the cars. I had a Ford Focus, and I love them as a car, the driving, handling, the size, the look, everything. I just wanted something a little newer, higher spec etc. Concept had just the car I wanted. It was quick and easy to deal with them, and I will 1000% use them again in the future. I love my new Focus, its a great car, no issues, very happy.
