I bought a Hyundai ix35, the car is lovely, its nice to drive and a great size. Big boot, spacious inside, its different to any other car I've driven but I'm very pleased. Customer service was great at sale, helpful and welcoming staff.

I bought a Vauxhall Insignia from Concept Car Credit a few years ago, everything was great and the chap I dealt with was very helpful. I wanted to upgrade and I'd been looking at a Mercedes, I contacted Concept again to enquire and they invited me down. When I got there it was the same gentleman that helped me last time, it was nice to deal with a friendly face. The service was perfect, helpful and very understanding and patient. I part exchanged my Insignia in and bought a lovely Mercedes. It's a very different drive, but its great, and it soon goes! I felt safe onsite, all staff had face masks on, sanitising stations everywhere, they are abiding and going above government guidelines. I highly recommend and will be using again when I'm ready for another upgrade!

It was strange buying a car in these times, but Concept did ensure everything was safe, I wanted to test drive the car so they allowed to me test drove the car alone. Where they could, they accommodated for me. I'm enjoying the Renault Magane, its decent. Very comfortable to drive, loads of room inside, and a big boot. It was a straight forward process, and Concept Car Credit are very easy to deal with.

Everything went smoothly enough, concept sorted the paperwork and everything for me, it was quick and no waiting around. Over-all I'm happy with the car and service provided by Concept.

I'm so pleased with the car I purchased from Concept Car Credit! I bought a 13 Plate Vauxhall Astra, and although the car is a few years old, it feels and drives like it's brand new. Its been extremely well looked after previously, the condition of the car is outstanding for its age, it really is a lovely car. Its been fantastic since buying it, no issues at all, its great and I'm enjoying driving it. The staff were perfect, they looked after me a lot. Everybody was helpful, kind and welcoming, I couldn't have asked for much more, and I'd be more than happy to buy again.

The best thing about Concept Car Credit is, there is no messing about. You ring up speak to an advisor, tell them what you want, what your budget is, they will go away find a car that suits you, find the finance and away you go. Its quick, simple and they really do go above and beyond. They are more than helpful. I've had 3 cars from Concept now, all been dreams to drive, my wife has had 1 and my daughter has had 2, we will always use concept now and we've never been disappointed with them or the cars we've had. No hesitation in recommending them to others.

I purchased a Kia in October from Concept Car Credit, I loved the car, it was great. Kieran was amazing when I bought it, he was on the ball, did everything he said he would and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately it was written off 2 weeks after buying it, I was devastated. I called Concept back and spoke to Kieran, he was just as gutted to hear about he accident, he said he would help me find something and luckily another Kia had just come in. He is now sorting this for me and again has been an absolute diamond. I had used Concept about 3 years ago and dealt with Laura then, she was great too - very helpful and kind. Anytime I've been down or spoken to anybody at Concept its always been easy, quick and the staff are absolutely bob on. Can't fault this company at all, they have really helped me and are still doing so. I highly highly recommend.
