My experience was really good, they seemed quite thorough. The car is brilliant I really really love it. The sales guys were great - I like the fact that they don't let you buy the car on the day - they say you can put a deposit down, then they fully service it and get it ready to go. Highly recommended!

I was hanging around quite a bit, but apart from that the experience was fine and I'm enjoying the car.

The service is top notch and I'm absolutely loving the car. I did have to ring a few times and there was no answer though which wasn't great. I'd give them 4 stars.

They are local to me and had an A5 I liked the look of so I paid them a visit. The experience was good!

I was happy with the transaction, the deal, the car, no complaints in terms of the service at all. I had to travel 150 miles to get there - when I approached the premises you can't go into the front entrance, and the back entrance seemed to be a warehouse. I was a little bit apprehensive at first, but once I saw the cars I had no problems - the stock is of very high quality.

Great experience, great car. The staff were really helpful and I was having an issue with my bank because it wouldn't let me transfer that amount of money, but they were very patient with me. I'd definitely go back there - the car is immaculate.

We were in a bit of a rush because we are from the Isle of Man, so it was a quick in and out but it was straight forward. The car was for my son and he is enjoying it so far. The only improvement I can think of is they were going to have the car ready to go but the car was blocked in and we were in a rush. Just make sure the car is ready at the stated time. Apart from that the experience was all fine.

The experience was painless really - no pressure to buy and they did everything they said on the tin. I was quite happy with everybody so I'd give them 5 stars.

The car is all good, and I am happy with the overall service.
