The staff were very helpful and made the whole process extremely simple, including payment, taxing and temporary insurance. Prior to purchase there was never a feeling pressurised selling, staff were happy for me to look at numerous vehicles and provide info. Only slight criticism would be that the admin fee (£120) should be added into the screen price, not an add on, as it is unavoidable however you pay

Brought Vauxhall Insignia back in Feb 2018 from Carbase Bristol. Nothing but problems since the purchase. RAC dealing with me at the roadside and towed back to either Carbase at Weston or Rowcliffs Taunton. Finally last weekend car has massive engine failure - wasn’t surprised at all. Taking legal action. The goods were faulty when purchased! After sales manager Lou calls me at 8.30 one night trying to tell me Carbases marketing team had seen my angry Facebook status regarding Carbase as a company and he was annoyed - tough! It’s not you that’s just been sold a complete death trap loosing well over £4K and having nothing but rubbish from day one.

Good quality cars are very competitive prices, the whole process was handled smoothly and I drove my new car away within an hour. Sam(arah) was very helpful, friendly and not a pushy salesperson at all, she let me make my own mind up. There are options for GAP insurance, extended warranties and aftercare services, which may not be for everyone, but these were all explained clearly and I was allowed to choose the options I wanted without feeling pressured. All the team members I dealt with were friendly and professional and the process was surprisingly easy.
