Seriously, I can't fault the team at Balham Cars. I bought a BMW 1 Series, but a warning light came on within the first week. The team was incredibly understanding and apologetic, and they got me booked in immediately to have everything looked at. The issues were resolved the same day and haven't been a problem since. The mechanics were really helpful and reassured me that if I ever need anything in the future, I can pop in without an appointment which gives me great peace of mind.

I found these guys through an AutoTrader advert and all's been great to be honest. I popped over to see the car and everything went really well and seemed easy-going. Onder wasn't pushy in the slightest and I'd definitely like to say thanks to him and the guys at Balham Cars London for all their help.

We had been looking for a small engine vehicle for our son's first car and came across Balham's advert online. The Skoda Fabia is perfect, and he's getting used to it. Although the dealership was super busy when we visited on Saturday, the service provided by Charlie and the team was fine, especially considering how stretched they were.

What can I say… I went into work at 9 AM on Friday, applied for finance with Zuto, chose a car from Balham, and by 5:30 PM, my Peugeot 3008 was waiting for me outside! Now that's what I call efficient service! The car's spotless inside and out, and I’m absolutely delighted with it. Long may it continue!

We've only got positive things to say about Balham Cars London. We bought a lovely little Audi A1 last month and absolutely love it - It's such good fun! Charlie was the gentleman that assisted us through the purchase and he really looked after us. We'd go so far as to say he was brilliant actually.

I found their advert online and made my enquiries. Since I’m based in West Sussex the team kindly sent me detailed videos of the car, highlighting any imperfections. They were completely transparent which gave me confidence to make the journey up to see them one Saturday. Onder took me on a lengthy test drive and walked me through everything in detail. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and planned to collect the car the following Saturday after it had a fresh MOT. To my surprise, the team called me and offered free delivery straight to my driveway. By the time I got home on Friday, the car was already there, ready and waiting! Five-star service without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything's great with my Vauxhall Insignia. I can't recall the name of the chap who helped me at Balham Cars, but he was very helpful and dealt with all the paperwork side of things for me.
