Myself and my wife both purchased cars from Car Central recently and we are both really happy with the customer service the team provided. When we were talking earlier this week we both said we would go back to Car Central for our next cars.

I was really impressed when I was buying my Mazda, the turn around time was very fast, quicker than I expected! Despite it being quick there was definitely no corners cut! The guys at Car Central were lovely and helpful throughout. My Mazda is doing super!

From the get go we had a very pleasant experience at Car Central, there was no pressure from the sales team. We were told to take as long as we needed to look around and had a really thorough test drive. To be honest when I think about it I can't really say anything other than the whole experience was pretty perfect.

I went to Car Central knowing exactly what I wanted so I was keen to make the purchase. Harry and Neil made the process so straightforward there was no silly sales and arranging the finance was incredibly easy. The guys spoke to me so nicely and I never felt judged, they were so down to earth. My Fiat 500 is fantastic I am so pleased with it and I am really enjoying driving it.

Sadly, right after buying the car I had to go and work on the other side of the country, so haven't had many opportunities to drive the A5 yet, however, for the 3 days that I did have chance, everything seemed to be fine and dandy. It drives very well and seemed to be nice and comfortable. The sales team were lovely to deal with, they were really welcoming and sorted everything for me in a nick of time. I was in and out within an hour or so, with everything done and dusted. I would happily pass on my recommendations, they have been brilliant!

My A4 is definitely a bit different to what I am used too, however I am getting used to the change and am starting to enjoy it quite a bit. It is exactly as the advert described, and really is lovely inside and out. The salesman was really good from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for him, all of my questions were answered and I gained all of the necessary documents without having to chase them up, ( which is a first 😂). It was like a breathe of fresh air working with their sales team, I would definitely be back again!

I will definitely be recommending Car Central to anyone in the West Midlands area, they are brilliant at what they do, and have a great range of stock available. My Q7 is a lovely car, and has been driving perfectly ever since the purchase. I would highly recommend, it was a very quick and easy purchase :)

I must say they are a really friendly bunch down at Car Central in Birmingham, they are so helpful and accommodating Every part of the transaction was simple and rather quick as well. They were very honest about the car made me aware of any wear and tear marks before I was arriving. To my surprise, the car was in a better condition than I imagined it to be and was actually in great condition. really appreciated the honesty of the dealership, as it made me feel as though they were trust worthy and reliable. I would definitely recommend these to others, and would happily return again.
