From my initial enquiry about my Mondeo Ben was fantastic, always took the time to respond promptly and positively throughout our correspondence all the way to finalising the deal. Nothing too much trouble, always ready to help & assist, even advising me who to go to for a decent trade in price for my part ex. A credit to the industry.
