These are not two words you usually put with car dealers but with ben @ lease cars direct its so true from start to finish was made to feel like we were long time friends as for the car 15reg mondeo high millage but 1st class servicing got into the car drove it home and i can genuinely say if you put a 23 plate on the car you would not no that it wasnt a new car absolutly a pleasure to drive. I drive 6 days a week and this car will make my working day very pleasurable thank you so much ben Shaun

Having scoured the country for a car that was necessary to my current situation, I came across Lease Cars Direct and an 18 plate Nissan X-Trail. What a result, What a car, above average miles, but drives as good as my 28k mileage car at home, reason is ? it has been fastidiously looked after by main dealer servicing and maintenance, this topped with the honest and knowledgable service from "Ben" was very important to me. I can't recommend this dealer any higher than tell you, I am a part time car dealer myself, having worked in the industry on and off for 30 years, I have seen All the cars they have on offer, and simply they are in excellent order. All at a realistic and affordable value for money price. I will always call this company if I am looking for cars for myself or for clients.

I was looking to replace my Ford Mondeo Estate which I had previously bought from Ben at Leasecars Direct. I spoke to Ben about taking my car in part-exchange for a Volvo V60! The whole process was very easy and painless. The customer service was first rate as always and my Volvo is the third car I’ve bought from Ben as the quality of the vehicles are always excellent and the customer care superb. I’ve bought a lot of cars from a wide range of dealers including main dealers and I’ve never received the quality of service that Ben provides. In the unlikely event there is ever a genuine issue, Ben will resolve it efficiently to your satisfaction. I never used to like buying cars from dealers as they were often disinterested in you once you’d bought a vehicle with no thought about you being a potential loyal. customer and coming back which is very bad business! Ben has the opposite attitude, he wants to please you and make sure you buy the right car for you and ensure you have the best possible experience as he wants you to come back again as a valued customer. I would absolutely be looking to Ben again when I’m looking to find my next car which speaks for itself! Thank you Ben for making the car buying process a pleasure!

Where to start such a fantastic experience from start to finish!the car was as described when I viewed it nothing was out of place freshly valeted and perfect from the first message to getting the vehicle ben was brilliant nothing was too much hassel even doing a walk round video for me of the car before I made the trip down perfect service perfect bussines

Whilst Ben has great Customer Service ethos, he is also a car dealer, I will start this with 'buyer beware'. I brought a Black VW Passat, the pre-handover document had nothing marked regarding the dents, apart from saying 'minor chips and dents due to miles'. When I visited the premises, the care was dusty, somewhat hard to see dents on a black car, been pointed out a couple of rear door and quarter which was acceptable. I came back to collect the car, it was still dusty and I felt this was pretty poor not even washing the car for the buyer to take home. I returned home with car and had it valeted and found there are 13 separate dents on the car, if I had seen these and I would have done if it was cleaned, I would not have brought it. Spoke to Ben, he said you where here twice and you had a chance to look it over etc etc. Ben should have had the paperwork completed with damage for the buyer to see. So buyer beware with Ben and Lease Cars Direct, this is my fault for assuming they where a decent outfit.
