This wasn't my first time visiting Prestige Cars Kent but I thought the car at the time wasn't for me but I walked away from no questions asked from the team. So after a couple of months I had another look on Autotrader, which is when I came across the Audi Q5 they had advertised. I had no issues going back to the dealership to view the car because of the great experience I had the first time around. James was clear and to the point while I was making my enquiry and the car was very well priced. A short test drive I was happy to go ahead with the car. Since driving away I can understand why they have such a good reputation.

Happy with the service so far. I've encountered a few minor issues since purchasing, but I appreciate that I've bought a used vehicle and having the extended warranty gives me peace of mind. There were a couple of cars that I was interested in, and Josh was incredibly helpful in directing me to the one which best suited my needs. I'd like to thank him for allowing me the space to view the cars in my own time. I found him to be incredibly professional and on point throughout the whole process. I’d rate my experience 4 stars due to the minor issues at the start, but the car's been great since and the team handled the situation well.

I had an overall positive experience while making my purchase. Richard was fantastic and not once was there any hard selling, he was just genuine in offering his assistance. He offered a test drive, which made the process easy. However, there was a delay in my appointment because of how busy they were. Despite the wait, I appreciated Richard’s approach and the team’s support.

Alex worked hard to find a balanced deal for me and I truly appreciate it. Despite one minor issue, he exceeded my expectations in every way. The whole team was on top of everything. Their service was above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommended!

The misses mostly drive the new Peugeot 3008 that I bought for work on the weekdays, and I use it on weekends. The salesman, Josh, was perfect. I already knew what I wanted before I got there, so it made for a quick, easy, and clean transaction.

I’m very pleased with my Honda. I already own a Honda Jazz, so it was easy to choose a Honda HR-V. I couldn’t go fully electric, so I opted for a hybrid. James performed extremely well; I have a sales-orientated background, and if I needed a salesman, I would hire him. The only issue I had was that it only came with one key, but Prestige Cars Kent has agreed to get me a spare.

So far, so good. The sales guy was lovely and very knowledgeable about the stock of cars. I reserved and visited Prestige Cars Kent, and I also managed to test drive the BMW X5. I had to choose Prestige Cars Kent because they had a good review online and I needed to choose someone trustworthy.
