This was my first purchase from Lease Cars Direct LTD, and I must say the service was 1st class. The car was as describe in the advert , I dealt with Ben who was very informative with absolutely no pressure selling and very good communicating, even a follow up after our purchase to ensure that we were happy with the car. Lease Cars Direct LTD will be my first port of call for when I next look to buy a car, and I would certainly recommend others to do the same.

We travelled 4 hours to lease cars as they had the spec of vehicle we had been searching for, The car was exactly as described, which is rare in the car business as car Salesmen are renowned for little indiscretions exaggerations on what they call a ‘mint car’ but it was as described. Sold a faullty passat estate, told me before sending it there was an issue with driver assist but would fix it ( bracket ) it turned up a mess with all swirl marks and scratches on it, light on dash, faulty LED headlight, broken retractable parcel shelf and wanted me to drive over 5 hours back to him at my expense, I don't think so. His emails were aggressive, I contacted consumer advice who agreed with me, it should at least be at his expense. I gave him several options in order to resolve the issues but he refused all of them so now I'm going to have to take legal action.

Searched high and low for the right 5 series touring and finally found it at Lease Cars Direct. Ben was brilliant from the very first conversation and made it all very straightforward, down to getting the car delivered to my house. Would always recommend him to anybody looking for a new car. I called this company as I’d seen a Vauxhall insignia on eBay, Ben advised it was new stock awaiting delivery but wouldn’t be delivered to him or prepared before his holiday (tomorrow) we needed a vehicle quickly for our disabled son. We continued to look to no avail within our price range. Ben called us Saturday morning informing the car had been delivered. Ben expressed he had simply ran out of time to sell the car. But advised he could deliver it free of charge on the way to the airport if payment was prompt. We agreed. Within 5 hours the car arrived. wow Ben stated he even managed to get it washed and hovered. We was so happy and the icing on the cake was ben handed a £50 Amazon voucher. Lovely family and nice guy. Thanks so much
