From first contact to post-collection I enjoyed excellent service from Ben. I was already familiar with the vehicle I purchased having had one expire on me unexpectedly. Ben's knowledge of the vehicle was both reassuring and very positive. Having researched and viewed a couple of these cars already, I saw Ben's advertisement just in time. A lengthy discussion by telephone was followed by a meeting to view and test drive the car, all arranged very promptly and with consideration to my schedule. Similarly, with purchase confirmed, collection was arranged which also suited my rather awkward schedule and I am absolutely delighted with the car.
