Can't fault the service from the guys at Balham, Cars London; everyone was really easy to get on with and was really helpful. The Vauxhall Grandland is a brilliant car to drive, and I never give full marks, but Balham Cars London was pretty close.

My daughter is currently learning to drive, so I wanted to find her a small car to practice in on the weekends. I came across a Volkswagen Polo at Balham Cars London, and it was in great condition. I visited the dealership, took the car for a test drive, and it ticked all the boxes. The team was really laid-back and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

My wife was after a smaller slightly more practical car, and since I’ve had a VW myself, I know how reliable they are. When we saw the VW Polo at Balham Cars London, it looked like the perfect fit. The salesman Onder took us for a test drive, which sold us on it. He made the paperwork process easy. The whole experience was great, and I’m even bringing my stepdad to the dealership soon to help him find a car!

After my old Focus was written off, I urgently needed a replacement. I saw that Balham Cars London had one available but it was an automatic annoyingly - not something I wasn’t familiar with. John was very accommodating and understanding...during the test drive, he took the car to a quiet road and let me get the hang of it. It took me a minute or two, but I think it's safe to say I'll not be going back to a manual in a hurry haha!

My daughter had an Audi Q3 and she absolutely loved it. She always said how nice it was to drive and really reliable, so when I was looking for a new car for myself, I decided to have a look at them. I found one at Balham Cars London and when I went to have a look at it in the flesh, I was pleased to see that it was exactly as described!
